The poster sessions and the exhibitions will take place Monday 16 Aug. and Tuesday 17 Aug. 18:00 - 20:30. in the south end of the lobby at the H. C. Ørsted Institute, Universitetsparken 5, Copenhagen Ø, about 100 m from the lecture room of the Lundbeck Auditorium.
The poster boards are 120 cm wide and 160 cm tall. The posters should be mounted Monday afternoon and remain on the boards until the end of the poster session Tuesday. Each day there will be served sandwiches, beer or wine during the session.
